Products and orders

Each product page or written quotation describes the artwork or print, including its dimensions, medium and, where applicable, edition details. Frames and other accessories are included only where expressly stated.

Room settings and mockups are illustrative. Please refer to the stated dimensions when assessing the size of a work. Screen settings may affect colour reproduction; this does not limit your rights if an item does not conform to its description.

Original paintings, original drawings and art prints may be purchased directly through the website where an online purchase option is available. No separate quotation is required for these items. You can review and correct your details before submitting payment. The purchase is confirmed when payment is successfully completed and an order confirmation is issued.

For artworks listed as available by enquiry, the studio provides a written quotation setting out the artwork, total price, payment arrangements and delivery terms. The purchase is confirmed upon your acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the agreed payment.

Orders may be concluded in Spanish or English. Order details and the applicable terms will be provided by email for you to retain. For a copy or to report an error: contact@torrex.studio.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in dollars unless another currency is expressly indicated. Applicable taxes charged by the studio are included in the price shown at checkout or in the final quotation.

For original artworks expressly advertised as including shipping, the displayed price includes packing and ensured delivery to the destinations available for that item at checkout. No additional standard shipping charge is payable to the studio for those destinations.

For prints and any items not advertised as including shipping, delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any optional delivery upgrades or additional services are separately identified and agreed before payment.

Included shipping does not include import duties, destination taxes or customs clearance fees unless expressly stated. These may be payable by the recipient, as explained in the Shipping Policy.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout or specified in the quotation.

Included shipping and delivery restrictions

Where an artwork is advertised as including shipping, the price covers delivery only to the destinations specified on the product page and in the Shipping Policy.

Excluded countries, territories and postal areas are identified in the Shipping Policy. Delivery to these locations requires a separate quotation agreed before purchase. Please contact contact@torrex.studio with your delivery address and the artwork you are interested in.

Any additional delivery charges will be disclosed and agreed before payment. No additional charge will be imposed after a purchase has been confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

For eligible distance purchases, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

This right applies to ready-made original paintings, drawings and prints, including signed or limited-edition works.

To exercise it, send a clear statement of your decision to contact@torrex.studio before the deadline. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. Please include enough information to identify your purchase.

You must send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying the studio.

Return costs and packaging

You bear the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal, provided this has been disclosed before purchase.

For large artworks that cannot normally be returned by post, the return transport cost, or a reasonable estimate where an exact cost cannot be calculated in advance, will be provided in the quotation before purchase.

Please package the work securely for transport and return any included certificate or accessories. Keeping and reusing the original protective packaging is recommended, but original packaging is not a condition for exercising your withdrawal right.

You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any deduction must reflect an actual, justified reduction in value; no fixed restocking fee applies.

Refunds

The studio will refund the payments due, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Additional charges for an express or upgraded delivery option you selected are not refundable.

Unless the studio has offered to collect the goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund processing fee.

Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods

If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect or appears defective, contact contact@torrex.studio with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging are helpful where available.

Please retain the packaging while the issue is investigated. These requests do not restrict your statutory rights or impose a shorter legal claim period.

Goods are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. Under Spanish consumer law, the seller is liable for non-conformities existing at delivery that become apparent within three years of delivery of new goods.

Where applicable, remedies include repair or replacement, or a price reduction or termination of the contract under the conditions established by law. For unique originals, replacement with an identical work may be impossible.

Necessary costs of resolving a valid non-conformity claim, including applicable transport costs, are borne by the seller.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable consumer protection rules.

The terms supplied at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Later updates do not retrospectively change an existing contract.
